Mission:

The Patriot Guard has been asked to participate in the Welcome Home Ceremony for this Ft. Worth Guard Unit. The Unit has been deployed to Iraq for the past year and is now returning home to their families and friends. This is the type of mission that brings a smile to all the faces and is a great opportunity to show the love, honor and respect these heroes deserve.

Details Of Part 1:

We will stage in the parking lot adjacent to the main gate at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Main gate. An escort from the base will lead the bikes into the base to the Operations area where the plane will arrive and the busses will be loading. We will stand tall and silent to honor these returning heroes. We will stand an honor line for the returning troops. Once the troops have loaded onto the buses we will mount up and provide an escort for the buses to the Cobb Park Armory.

Details Of Part 2:

Once we arrive at the Cobb Park Armory we will stand a flag line to honor these returning warriors to show honor and respect to not only these brave men and women but to show their families how much we appreciate the sacrifices incurred by these families. There will be a ceremony and refreshments at the park and an opportunity for the riders to shake the hands of these returning heroes. Those riders who are unable to make part one of this mission should stage at Cobb Park no later than 9 am.

- Iron horses if you can, cages are always welcome and appreciated.
