We will start the day with a gala event for the children at
American Airlines Center and ATT Plaza. The children will
arrive to bands, crowds, and the Patriot Guard Flag line
escorting them to the plaza, where they will have music,
guest speakers, flyovers, Rocket man landing in the plaza,
Santa and much much more. This will be a major event that
will involve all the PGR as the background in the Plaza. If
you can only attend one major event this Christmas, this is

Bikes will arrive and park in the North parking lot of the
AA Center (north end of parking lot F). Bikes will be parked
in escort formation. Once parked the riders will pick up an
American Flag and proceed to the corner of Olive and Field
for the briefing and staging. When the busses arrive we will
move along with the last family to the plaza. The flag line
will enter the plaza and take up positions on each side of
the plaza stage. The flag line and the children will be the
only people on the plaza. When directed, we will depart the
plaza for the parking area and mount the bikes, move to a
pre-determined location on Houston Street to pre-position for
an escort of 18 busses to University of Texas at Arlington
where the children will attend a presentation of the
Nutcracker. This will be a good opportunity to eat and fuel
up the bikes between escorts. |

					Comments:
					 |

					- Iron horses if you can, cages are always welcome and
					appreciated.

					- Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and
silent, and with honor and respect for this patriot and
					their family.
 |

					| |

The PGR will stand silent in the flag line, smiles are
welcome, this is a fun time for the children and the
children is what this is about.
 On a somber note: we
currently have a pending KIA service. If the KIA service
should come up during a scheduled event with Snowball
Express, the KIA will be our primary mission and we will
stand down our portion of Snowball Express. Under the
circumstances, we are working with people who understand and
support the primary mission of the Patriot Guard Riders.
