Don W. Boone, 76, of Ector, Texas went home to his Lord Monday, April 1, 2013, surrounded by family and friends. Don was born Dec. 30, 1936 in Tyler, Texas, to E. B. & Era Woodson Boone. He graduated from Snyder High School in 1956 and attended the University of Houston College until he was called to serve his country in the United States Army. There he received several medals, two being the Good Conduct Medal and the Rifle Sharpshooter Medal. He was very passionate about his country and the flag.

Bonham, Texas, and stand a flag line in front of the church
for the funeral service. We will then depart for the
Sunnyside Cemetery in Savoy, Texas, to form another flag
line at the interment service.

appreciated.

the shade or get indoors and always ask for help at any
time. Also please do not forget your sun screen.

- Cemeteries are
hallowed ground. Please keep radios off and engine noise to
a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed limit. Show our respect
to ALL who are there, not just the one we are honoring.
