present the flag.

Riders will stage at the gravesite. After the briefing,
Riders will stand tall and silent as the procession arrives.
Selected Riders will present the flag to the family. At the
conclusion of the service, flags will be returned to the
support vehicle. Riders will then be debriefed and
dismissed.
