Arthur L. "Happy" Hurley, 88, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2014, in Fort Worth. Mr. Hurley was born May 12, 1926, in Stephenville to Jesse Claud Hurley and Ada Beatrice Brooks Hurley. He had lived in Tolar since 1956 and he was a member of Tolar Church of Christ. Happy was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He retired from Bell Helicopter in 1986. He loved to fly and built his own airplane.

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand a Flag
Line at The Tolar Church of Christ by the Family of PFC
Arthur Hurley. Following the service there will be a short
procession to the Tolar Cemetery.

After setting the flags and conducting the briefing, the PGR
will stand the Flag Line for this American Hero. After the
service begins, the Ride Captain will make the decision when
to remove the Flags and take them to the support vehicle.
The flags will be furled, riders briefed and given a safety
briefing before the procession to the Tolar Cemetery.

A Short 1-2 mile procession to the Tolar Cemetery. Once at
the cemetery, the PGR will stand tall and silent. After the
service, the flags will be furled and returned to the support
vehicle, riders debriefed and dismissed.
