Mission Summary:

We have been requested by America’s Mighty Warriors and Fellowship Church to accompany two vehicles transporting 22 families of fallen heroes from the Gaylord Resort Hotel in Grapevine to Canton. East Texas PGR will then accompany the vehicles to their final destination.

Details Of Part 1:

Riders will stage in front of the Gaylord Convention Center to be briefed and lined up for the procession. All riders must attend the safety briefing to ride in the procession. The ride will take approximately 90 minutes and we will fly flags en route. Riders choosing to do so may accompany the East Texas PGR to the final destination. A private escort service will be utilized for our portion of the mission.

THURSDAY AUGUST 14, 2014

**THIS IS A JOINT MISSION WITH THE NORTH TEXAS PATRIOT GUARD AND THE EAST TEXAS PATRIOT GUARD**
 
The families have requested that the PGR escort them from Dallas, TX. to Hawkins, TX.  The Mission is a 'go' and all contacts have been made.
 
These family members have lost their husband, brother or son to combat related wounds. We have been asked to escort them to a retreat designed to help these families who have lost so much.
 
Escort Starting Point:  4:00 PM August 14, 2014 at Dukes Travel Plaza 21620 Interstate 20 Canton, TX. 75103 North Texas will be leaving Grapevine, TX at 2:15 PM that would put them in Canton approximately 4:15 PM depending on traffic. 

Staging: at Dukes Travel Plaza from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM with a riders meeting at 3:45 PM

***IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE RIDING AT HIGHWAY SPEED OR YOU CAN NOT HANDLE THE 60 MILES PLEASE WE UNDERSTAND COME TO CANTON AND STAND AN HONOR LINE***

All new members are requested to sign a PGR Release of Liability prior to Flag Line.  Please remain flexible as to the requirements of the mission (SEMPER GUMBY).
