Freddie Philmon "Phil" Spainhouer, age 91, of Dallas, Texas, passed away at his home on August 25, 2014. Phil was born in a farm house near Burkburnett just outside Wichita Falls, Texas on February 11, 1923 to Fred Braden Spainhouer and Myrtle Viola (Houston) Spainhouer, the third of four children. Phil's career in the Navy spanned from 1941-1963, with a short time after WWII to attend Southern Methodist University in 1946-7. Phil retired from the Navy in November 1963, E9 Master Chief Petty Officer (MCPO/PTCM) Photographic Intelligence. Phil retired from the Dallas Fire Dept., Chief Photographer, 1973-1988.

Details Of Part 1:

The Patriot Guard
Riders will stage in the parking lot of Restland Funeral
Home. Following the Mission Briefing, Riders will stand the
Flag Line for the Funeral Service of MCPO Spainhouer. After
the start of the Service, Flags will be furled and everyone
will move the short distance to the Interment site at
Restland Cemetery. The Riders will stand the Flag Line for
the Interment Service. At the conclusion of the Service,
Flags will be furled and Riders dismissed.

Attending A Funeral Service.

can, cages are always welcome and appreciated.

the night before) before any outdoor activity and to dress
appropriately. Do not hesitate to take a break at any time
if you feel you need to get in the shade or get indoors and
always ask for help at any time. Also please do not forget
your sun screen.
- Please remember that our mission
is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for
this patriot and their family. NO TALKING, SMOKING, CHEWING
OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS, OR CELL PHONE USE IN THE FLAG LINE!
- Cemeteries are hallowed ground. Please keep radios off
and engine noise to a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed
limit. Show our respect to ALL who are there, not just the
one we are honoring.
