Details Of Part 1:

The family of PFC Wilson Wayne Wells has requested the presence of the PGR to honor this American Veteran. A flag line will be established at the Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home. The PGR will stand the flag line and welcome friends and family of our veteran prior to his funeral service. At the beginning of the service, we will break down the flag line, furl and return the flags to the support truck and be given the particulars and the safety briefing for the procession to DFW National Cemetery.

Details Of Part 2:

For those PGR participating in the interment portion of this mission, you will meet at the DFW National Cemetery Visitors Center and be briefed by Ride Captain Ted Waldron. If needed, four honor bikes will be selected. As soon as the briefing is over, you will proceed to Shelter A to help establish the flag line and to await the friends and family of Mr. Wilson Wells. As soon as the interment service is complete, we will furl and stow the flags, debrief and be dismissed.

Comments:

- DRESS CODE: Please Dress In A Manner Appropriate For Attending A Funeral Service.

- Iron horses if you can, cages are always welcome and appreciated.

- Safety First: Please remember to properly hydrate (including the night before) before any outdoor activity and to dress appropriately. Do not hesitate to take a break at any time if you feel you need to get in the shade or get indoors and always ask for help at any time. Also please do not forget your sun screen.

- Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for this patriot and their family. NO TALKING, SMOKING, CHEWING OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS, OR CELL PHONE USE IN THE FLAG LINE!

- We will park along the main street close to the designated shelter with 2 bikes side by side as close to the curb and each other as possible so that traffic can get by.

- Riders NOT UTILIZING HANDICAPPED PARKING are requested to park as far forward as possible at the Visitor's Center to keep the closest spaces available for other guests.

- Let's always remember to keep the motorcycle and voice noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving the shelters.

- Cemeteries are hallowed ground. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed limit. Show our respect to ALL who are there, not just the one we are honoring.
