Mission Summary:	The Family of SGT Canderlario Garcia will be donating their portrait of their beloved Veteran, to the City of Corsicana. They are requesting the PGR to be with them, during this time, so they can honor all the Patriot Guard Riders that have helped the Family through several PGR missions.

Details Of Part 1:	We will stage at City Hall and flags will be set up if possible. There will not be a flag line. We will go into City Hall before the meeting starts. When the Family of SGT Garcia presents the portrait, they want the PGR to be there to be recognized. After the meeting, the flags will be furled, stowed into the truck and Riders dismissed.
