Riders will stage at Pleasant Grove Christian Church, 1324
Pleasant Dr. Dallas, Texas at 0930, July 25, 2014.
After
the briefing at 0945, we will stand tall and silent in the
flag line as family and friends arrive. Shortly after the
service begins, we will pull the flags, furl and return them
to the flag truck. There will be a riders safety brief
and we will prepare for the procession to DFW National
Cemetery. An escort service has been provided. Riders
wishing to attend the Interment only, please refer to part
two of the itinerary.

Riders will stage at DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain
Creek Pkwy, Dallas, Texas, at 1145. After Ride Captain Ted Waldron
holds the briefing and the shelter is clear, please proceed
to shelter C, set the flag line, and wait for the procession.
After the service has ended, we will pull the flags, furl
them and return them to storage. A debrief will be held
and riders will be dismissed.

- Iron horses if you can, cages are always welcome and
appreciated.
- Safety First: Please remember to
properly hydrate (including the night before) before any
outdoor activity and to dress appropriately. Do not hesitate
to take a break at any time if you feel you need to get in
the shade or get indoors and always ask for help at any
time. Also please do not forget your sun screen.

Cemeteries are hallowed ground. Please keep radios off and
engine noise to a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed limit.

are honoring.
