Billy Dwayne Ozment, 80, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2014 in Wichita Falls. He was born on March 24, 1934 in Pecan Gap, TX to the late Riley Houston Ozment and Mary McCrary Ozment. Mr. Ozment retired from the United State Air Force after serving tours in Korea and Vietnam. He was a
Teletype and Crypto Maintenance Instructor while serving in the military.

We have been asked by the family to Stand a Flag line at the
funeral service at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home followed by
a procession to Crestview Cemetery, where we will stand a
flag line for the interment service.

Details Of Part 1:

We will put up a static flag line in front of the funeral
home out by the street as well as stand a flag line at the
entrances of the funeral home. We will take down the flag
line when the service starts. Big flag bikes will be left at
the funeral home to accompany the family across Rathgeber Rd
to Crestview Cemetery to the gravesite; the remainder of us
will go over to the gravesite to put up static flags then
wait for the family to arrive where we will be waiting with
a flag line.

can, cages are always welcome and appreciated.
