Obituary Highlights:

Sterling Albert “Sweet” Mundie, 71 of Purdon, Texas passed away Saturday October 04, 2014 at his residence. Sterling was born February 28, 1943 in Crandall, Texas to the late Sterling B. Mundie, Jr., and Lois C. Rogers Mundie. After high school he joined the U S Army in 1965, he served during Vietnam and at the time of his discharge in 1969 his rank was Sp5 or E5 in the Army.

The PGR has been invited to honor this American hero, E5 Sterling Mundie, with a standing flag line at the funeral service followed by a procession to Foreston Cemetery for the Interment Service.

Details Of Part 1:

PGR will stage at 09:15 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home and set the flags. Following the briefing, we will stand in honor of this American hero while family and friends gather for his funeral service. After the service begins, we will furl the flags and prepare for the procession to Foreston Cemetery. There will be Law Enforcement Officers for the escort. After the Interment Service is complete, flags will be returned to support vehicle and we will be dismissed.
