1954 based in England as a Korean War era veteran. He served
in the medical field receiving a certificate of appreciation
for his service and the National Defense Service Medal. A1C
Gradick was discharged on November 15, 1954.

Obituary Highlights:
|
A1C Gradick was born on July 13, 1929, and passed away on
August 31, 2014 at the age of 85. After his military
obligation, A1C Gradick worked as an air conditioning
technician both residential and commercial, along with
numerous family members. He was an avid motorcyclist
enjoying his Honda Gold Wing with his sons and daughter, all
motorcyclists. He also enjoyed hunting and was described as
a an all around great guy. He is survived by wife Sheila who
he met and married while stationed in England. They would be
celebrating 61 years of marriage on September 12, 2014 the
day of his inurnment service.

After the riders briefing at the Visitors Center, the PGR
will establish the flag line at Shelter C. At the conclusion
of the inurnment service, the flags will be furled and
returned to storage, followed by debrief and riders
dismissal.

- Iron horses if you can, cages are always welcome and
appreciated.
- Safety First: Please remember to
properly hydrate (including the night before) before any
outdoor activity and to dress appropriately. Do not hesitate
to take a break at any time if you feel you need to get in
the shade or get indoors and always ask for help at any
time. Also please do not forget your sun screen.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and
silent, and with honor and respect for this patriot and
their family. NO TALKING, SMOKING, CHEWING OF TOBACCO
PRODUCTS, OR CELL PHONE USE IN THE FLAG LINE!
- We
will park along the main street close to the designated
shelter with 2 bikes side by side as close to the curb and
each other as possible so that traffic can get by.

Riders NOT UTILIZING HANDICAPPED PARKING are requested to
park as far forward as possible at the Visitor's Center to
keep the closest spaces available for other guests.
-
Cemeteries are hallowed ground. Please keep radios off and
engine noise to a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed limit.
Show our respect to ALL who are there, not just the one we
are honoring.
