David Waishes, 89 passed away September 8, 2014. He was born in Wilmington, Delaware, January 7, 1925. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII from January 1943 to October 1946.

At the request of the family, the PGR will stand a flag line to honor David Waishes at the memorial service. Inurnment at DFW National Cemetery will follow at a later date.

Upon arriving at the funeral home, the flags will be set up. There will be a short brief after which we will stand the flag line to receive family and guests. Once the service has begun, the flags will be removed, furled, and returned to the vehicle. After the post mission brief, the riders will be dismissed.

- Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for this patriot and their family. NO TALKING, SMOKING, CHEWING OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS, OR CELL PHONE USE IN THE FLAG LINE!

As of this date, the Inurnment will be held on Monday, Sept. 22, 2014 at DFW National Cemetery, time TBA, so watch the calendar for final itinerary.
