William “Bill” Ryter Born February 17, 1969 in Elk Grove Village, Illinois and tragically passed away on September 15, 2014 at the age of 45. Bill faithfully served his Country in the United States Air Force and the Oklahoma Air National Guard where he served in Desert Shield, Desert Storm and Operation Enduring Iraqi Freedom. He worked with The Bureau of Federal Prison starting his career at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and recently transferred to Seagoville Federal Correctional Institution. Prior to that he served with various Police Departments since the age of 15.

The family of Mr. William “Bill” Ryter (SSgt, US Air Force)
has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to render honors at
his memorial service. We will establish a flag line at
Roselawn Funeral Home in Seagoville, and prepare to receive
family and friends. After the service begins, we will furl
and stow the flags, debrief, and dismiss the riders.

Force). After the service begins, we will furl and stow the
flags, riders will then be de-briefed and dismissed.
